Dillon is a graduate of Baylor University and Baylor Law School, after which he has worked as an attorney at a law firm and Waco-based real estate investment company and previously served as Mayor of Waco from 2020-2024. He is currently an owner of First Title Company of Waco and serves as the COO of Cromwell Commercial Group. Dillon has served on the Board of Directors for Waco Foundation, Waco Metropolitan Planning Organization, City Center Waco, Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Waco Sports Commission, and Unbound Now. Dillon is looking forward to utilizing his legal background, as well as knowledge of local government, to help people find success in real estate in Waco. His greatest joys in his life are his faith and his family, which includes his wife Lindsey and his three children Mabry (8), Davis (7) and Marion (1). He is active in his local church and enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and college football.
