Born and raised in the Central Texas, Wade developed an interest in real estate at a young age helping his family renovate rental properties. After graduating from Baylor University he moved to Dallas, Texas where he spent four years building his career in commercial real estate, with a focus on multifamily investment properties. That experience gave him a sharp eye for market trends and deal structure, skills he brough back home when he returned to Central Texas to serve the community he group up in.

Today, Wade draws on deep knowledge of the Waco, Temple, Killeen, Belton, and Georgetown markets to help investors, business owners, and developers identify the right opportunities and reach their real estate goals.

Outside the office, Wade enjoys spending time with family, golfing, hunting and fishing. He and his wife, Courtney, live in Belton, Texas where he is proud to serve his local community.
