Cromwell Commercial Group is pleased to announce the sale of Crossroads West Shopping Center, a multi-tenant retail center located at 8810 W Highway 84. The transaction closed on February 13, 2026.

Holler noted that Waco and the surrounding Central Texas markets are seeing increased institutional demand as investors target better-priced opportunities compared to larger Texas metros. “As pricing in primary cities become more constrained and barriers to entry limit long-term upside, institutional groups are increasingly focused on markets like Waco that offer stronger yield, growing fundamentals, and meaningful long-term growth potential,” he said.
