Cromwell Delivers a Triple Play at McGregor Industrial Park
CromwellCommercial Group has completed a full-cycle industrial success at 2055 S. Main Street in the McGregor Industrial Park, turning a single acquisition into a fully leased, job-creating facility that will have a lasting impact on the Central Texas region.
H. Bland Cromwell, CCIM, SIOR, Partner at Cromwell Commercial Group, recently closed the sale of the 550,000 square foot former Ferguson Distribution Center on behalf of long-time clients and friends from New Jersey.
Last week, Cromwell finalized a 200,000 square foot lease with Fidelity Manufacturing, a producer of aluminum generator covers. Fidelity plans to hire 100 employees initially, with long-term plans to grow to 500 employees at the McGregor facility.
Also finalized the same day last week was a lease for the remaining 350,000 square feet with Tractor Supply Co., which will operate the space as a regional distribution center. Tractor Supply Co. expects to immediately hire approximately 50 at their facility.

Modifications to the building will begin shortly to divide the space and accommodate each tenant’s operational needs.
With both leases in place, McGregor will now benefit from a fully occupied industrial facility on Main Street, bringing new jobs, increased economic activity,and long-term momentum to the region.
