Cromwell Commercial Group Opens Bell County Office
Cromwell Commercial Group is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in downtown Temple. Located inside The Hub Executive Suites at 11 S 2nd Street, Suite 106, the space gives Cromwell agents a dedicated presence in Bell County to better support the clients and communities they already serve.
As Cromwell Commercial Group's footprint across the Central Texas market has grown, so has the volume and depth of its business in Bell County. With an average of over 300 brokerage transactions annually and approximately 3.8 million square feet of commercial property under management through Cromwell Commercial Property Management, the firm brings an established track record of experience to the market. Cromwell works with local and regional ownership groups across Central Texas, providing ongoing expertise in leasing, management and property-level services while helping clients navigate opportunities and growth throughout the region.
“Our Temple office is the logical progression as we continue investing in the relationships we’ve been growing throughout Central Texas allowing us to plant roots and be an even more active part of a community we’ve come to know well. Our clients are growing their business across the region as it continues to develop and we want to be positioned to serve them even better,” said Gregg Glime, partner at Cromwell Commercial Group.
The move is a natural next step for the commercial real estate firm that has been actively serving clients, completing transactions and managing commercial properties throughout Bell County for years as part of the broader Central Texas market. The new office space gives Cromwell agents a dedicated location to work, meet with clients and collaborate while maintaining the connectivity and resources of the firm’s broader Waco-based operation. Its downtown Temple location also places the firm directly within a district experiencing continued investment, revitalization and commercial activity.
Temple and greater Bell County continue to draw attention as one of Central Texas's most active commercial corridors, benefiting from steady population growth, expanding industrial and healthcare investment, and its position along the I-35 corridor between Austin and the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Wade Sivess, Bell County specialist at Cromwell Commercial Group, noted, “The momentum we’re seeing in Temple and Belton, driven by growth along the I-35 corridor, investment flowing into the local economy, and businesses choosing to plant roots here, has been exciting to watch accelerate the past few years. We’re proud to be a part of that growth and to support our clients as they invest where this market is headed.”
The new Cromwell Commercial Group Bell County office is now located at 11 S. 2nd Street, Suite 106, Temple, Texas.
