Relationships Across Generations
Working together for decades now, Bland Cromwell and Brad Davis, founding partners at Cromwell Commercial Group, committed early on to doing business differently than the status quo. They made a strategic decision to take care of everyone, regardless of the deal size. Even as young brokers in the 1980’s they learned that strong relationships across the brokerage community creates better outcomes for everybody.
Collaboration creates access. Access creates opportunity. Opportunity creates value for clients.
This philosophy created a multi-generational client for Bland Cromwell. His relationship with a family-owned industrial leader began when they were building a facility at their first off of Mars Drive 45 years ago, and Bland helped the head of the family at the time navigate easements and potential rail access, among other local government and development complexities. A few years later he helped them with an additional opportunity in the Industrial Park off of Jewel. Over the years he would have lunch with his client whenever he came through town, and conversations that moved beyond square footage and cap rates, into family, goals and trust.
Over time, the relationship expanded. After his client passed, the work continued with his son, and now decades later Cromwell recently worked alongside his grandson acquiring and fully-leasing a landmark building in the McGregor Industrial Park. Three generations connected by decades of consistency, care and shared decisions.
Outcomes aren’t measured by a single closing, they’re measured by decades of loyalty, families served, and doors opened again and again.
